Premium Mazzer Coffee Grinders
Mulmar’s range of Mazzer coffee grinders has something for everyone, from discerning home users and small businesses, through to high-output, high-demand applications with a need for continuously freshly ground coffee beans.
We’re proud to supply this iconic brand of Italian coffee grinders, with a heritage dating back to 1948 Venice. Over the decades since the company was founded, Mazzer has continued to innovate, creating high-precision digital and electronic grinders.
With low coffee retention and fast output, there’s a Mazzer grinder for every establishment.
Which Mazzer coffee grinder is right for me?
Mazzer commercial coffee grinders fall into three categories: low, medium and high output.
Small Output / Low Volume
Compact, efficient and affordable to run; low-volume coffee grinders are a good choice for occasional use, domestic kitchens and small businesses. They’re easy to clean and maintain, but still provide high-quality coffee grounds for a delicious fresh brew.
Low-volume Mazzer grinders include:
The Mazzer Mini Electronic Coffee Grinder is one of the best entry-level grinders on the market, with programmable grind times for a single or double shot, and output directly into your espresso machine’s portafilter.
Mazzer Super Jolly is among the best-known brands in small business coffee grinding. Choose the Super Jolly V Up for simple touchscreen operation, low waste and a clever anti-clumping grind control system, for a smoother cup of coffee.
Medium Output / Medium Volume
As your demand increases, a medium-volume coffee grinder can keep you well stocked with freshly ground coffee beans. These are often fitted with more substantial cooling systems, allowing you to grind for longer without overheating.
Examples in this category include:
- Mazzer Digital ZM Coffee Grinder
- Mazzer Kony S Coffee Grinder
- Mazzer Kony SG Coffee Grinde
- Mazzer Major V Coffee Grinder
Experience true precision with the Mazzer Digital ZM Coffee Grinder, featuring its unique motor-operated digital grind adjustment system to control the burr distance in microns. With coffee retention of less than 0.45 grams, it’s an efficient choice for single dosing.
For rapid grinding, the Mazzer Major V Coffee Grinder offers 1,400 rpm at 50 Hz and 1,600 rpm at 60 Hz, with a hopper capacity of 1.6 kg (3.5 lbs) to accommodate some of the busiest and highest-demand settings.
High Output / High Volume
For the busiest coffee shops and kitchens, high-output coffee grinders elevate your game to the highest level. Powerful motors and highly efficient grinding mean less wasted coffee, giving you the maximum number of brews per bean.
Some of the highest-volume Mazzer grinders include:
If it’s speed you’re after, go for the Mazzer Major VP Coffee Grinder, the fastest grinder of its type. Adjust grind times to within one-hundredth of a second and dispense directly into your portafilter for even less waste.
Alternatively, the Mazzer Robur S Coffee Grinder can output 5 grams per second, with 52% less coffee retention, making it a fast and efficient option for even the most demanding of environments.
Achieve Consistent Results
Mazzer grinders are renowned for the quality of their output, whether it’s a single dose on-demand or an automatic unit that keeps a steady supply of coffee grounds coming in the busiest kitchens.
Some of the ways Mazzer coffee grinders ensure consistent results include:
Freshly Ground Coffee
Fast output means you can afford to grind your coffee fresh for each cup, with minimal coffee retention (less than 0.45g) to reduce waste even on a single shot.
Automated Grinding Options
A variety of automation options across the Mazzer grinder range allows you to predefine grinding times and doses, choose easily between a single or double shot, and benefit from other model-specific capabilities.
Thermally Controlled Grinding
Cooled grinding ensures that the coffee beans are not affected by overheating so that the flavour of the coffee is not impaired even when grinding large quantities at a time.
